well, just buy it when you get there. don't pay more than $10HK for one, and of course, haggle.

exactly, and ask if the hotel (Langham right? 😉 ) has one, they should.
 
when I went to HK all I needed was a plug adapter. Radio Shack has a nice travelers pack you can get for $10 that'll accommodate just about any plug in the world. Even your butts.
