Swap the driver and passeger seats in a 1993 chevy corsica. Its a work beater and the drivers seat has some metal sticking out that tends to bite ones a$$
 
If they are the exact same size and have the same mounting pattern for the tracks, i don't see why it wouldn't work.

The only thing is that the controls for the seat would now be on the opposite side. 😕
