Can I wear a yellow shirt with a gray suit?

I forgot my only white shirt is dirty and wrinkled. Can I wear a yellow (more of a cream than a bright yellow) shirt with a gray pinstripe suit? Other option would be a blue shirt with black pants and a plain gray sportcoat. I have ties for either shirt.
 
yellow and grey... dunno if i'd ever seen that combo before... i think we'd have to see what color yellow and gray we're talkin about before making an informed decision

Hehe ok. I'm not sure why I hadn't thought of just wearing the blue and pinstripes the first time.
