Can I use this CPU in a desktop?

I have a A75-231 Toshiba and looking to strip it down. I noticed it is using the P4 548 3.33ghz chip, according to this, it's listed as a Socket 478 chip, so can I use this chip on a desktop mobo? And if so, any suggestions on a good socket 478 mobo?
