Can i use this case with a P4 2.8c

The case itself is fine, any ATX standard case will work. As for the power supply, without OC'ing and depending on components you plan on putting in the computer, it should be fine. At least to start with. It might be a problem later, if you OC or add a lot of power-hungry components. But, by then you may be able to work a higher-quality PSU into your budget.

Well i'll not be doing anytype of ocing & i'm gonna have 2 hd's & a dvd-rw installed.I also might leave this system on all day so if thats a problem plz lmk.I might just buy the Antec Sonata insted.

Even if you consider overclocking this 350 Watt power supply should be fine.

My cheap $52 Aspire X-Dreamer case came with 350 watt Turbolink Power supply and i runs 2.6@3.2 with 2 hard drives, 2 cd/dvd rom drives, 4 case fans, 1 led fan, 1 videocard, 1 ethernet card, floppy, i have temperature LED at the front as well.
