Can I use Promise Ultra Card ATA 100 with Linux RedHat 7.1?

Hi, RedHat 7.0 gave me a lot of troubles installing my Ultra Card 66 so I was wondering if anybody who had the Linux RH 7.1 knew if I could install it over Ultra Card 100 without compiling the kernel. Thanks

Dont know about Redhat... but I DO KNOW that Mandrake (8.0) already has the patches added to their kernels to support these cards, and do ATA/66-100 speed IDE.

Thanks for the info but I only have RH and currently only interested with RH. I will be getting my RH 7.1 next week so I want to know if I can get it to work. I hope someone knows this. Thanks
