what exactly are you trying to do?

Use your PC headset to make/receive calls on your phone?

just want to use my pc headset to talk on phone... can hit answer on the phone, don't need any app to pick up call...

that's going to depend on the software you use. I don't believe that Windows drivers would allow you to do that. Technically as long as your computer (more specifically, the dongle) can be seen as a headset, you will be good. There is some 3rd party bluetooth software that lets you do a ton of stuff.
