Can I use DMZ with my Proxy setup?

Hi All
I had a question about using a Proxy I have setup with Utorrent.

Can I add that computer to DMZ and how would it effect the setup as far as privacy and maybe clearing up some connection problems I been having with Utorrent .

Not sure if I am wording this question so I will post now and follow up with any questions as there asked.

Why do you need it in the dmz? Just add a rule to direct the listening port traffic to the torrent PC.

You sure you have a proxy? What do you use it for?

Did you ever setup port forwarding? That is the most common problem with Bt.
