Can I use both Home and School network?

I just got my laptop set up for using the wireless network at my school. I'm using WinXP and have it set up so that I have a user ID on the school domain. My problem is that when I come home I can't use my home network, which uses a workgroup. Also, is there anyway I can use a single user, and switch between logging onto the school domain or my home workgroup as I log in. I don't want to have seperate users and have my emails (Outlook) split up and several my documents folders. Any help would be appreciated.
