Can I use Audacity to record streaming audio files?

I have a VIP pass for the Bob & Tom site (a morning radio show if you've not heard of them), which gives me access to a ton of hilarious audio clips. Unfortunately, only a very select few of them are downloadable, otherwise they are only streamable in the browser. Most of the funniest stuff isn't downloadable.

Before my VIP pass is up in about 3 months, I want to grab as much audio as I can from the site for my own personal use and collection (no, seriously). I've "heard" that Audacity will help me do this easily, and was hoping to confirm that. Or, if you know of a better way, I'm all ears. Maybe there's an easier way to just grab a temp file or something from the page, I don't know.

You can certainly use audacity as well. Both would be good solutions.
