I just bought my entire system from NEWEGG peice by piece and purchased the ThermalRite SP-94 Heatsink but didnt buy a seperate Cooling Fan for it.....Can I or Should I be able to just use the stock Intel 2.6 P4C 800 CPU fan with it if I unscrew it from the stock heatsink?...Will this work?

I will be overclocking this 2.6 to about 3.2ghz or higher so I will want adequate cooling.....I also bought from Newegg the ATXF Xaser IIA 5000C case that has several built in fans as well

I would just spend $20 and pick up a new one. You would be missing the fan brackets that hold the fan on. There are not any holes in the top of the AP-94 to screw into.

I have the AP-94 and a Thermalright Smart Case Fan II.

That absolutely won't work. The stock Intel fan is integrated into the attachment mechanism for the heatsink, it's not a separate square fan like you're used to seeing..
