Can I use 2 Wireless APs for to broadcast Internet access?

I have a scenario where I got 2 building about 100m apart and need to get Internet access to the 2 building using one Internet line. I already have a DSL line coming into the 1st building and I was thinking of using wireless 802.11 technologies to get the net to the next building. Here?s my intended setup: -

ADSL into 1st building goes into a switch that connects to a Wireless Access Point (WAP). This WAP will be fitted with directional antenna that is pointed to the 2nd building. The second building will have a second WAP placed nearest to the wall facing the 1st building and will be used to rebroadcast/strengthen the signal to the rest of the building so the other PCs in the 2nd building will be using wireless LAN. Since the WAP should have another Ethernet port I will use that to connect directly to a file server using Ethernet instead of Wifi since the fileserver would have higher activity.

1st Question: Is this even possible? Do the current WAPs have the ability to catch the broadcast from another WAP and use that as the Internet line as in the above scenario instead of using the Ethernet port, which is designated, and the Internet port? If this is possible, how do I configure the 2nd AP to receive the broadcast from the 1st AP route its' clients to use Internet provided by the first AP. Do I need to use a booster of some sorts instead of an AP?

2nd Question, Would it be possible for a WAP to receive Internet through wireless, and then use the Ethernet port (normally the Ethernet port on a WAP is used to feed the Internet through a modem/switch, which is the reverse of what I?m trying to do?) to allow a server/PC to access the net through the WAP.

You can buy Extenders that their whole purpose is to see the incoming signal from the main AP and take that and broadcast it from themselves to double the range.

Here's an example of a Linksys product that does that.

I'm sure there are others out there as well though. Just know this one because I was looking at it the other day.

judging from your scenario, wireless would be the best option, as you probably wouldn't want to buy and terminate fiber...

Thanks a bundle guys. I'll look it up. I already have an existing linksys w54g ap so I think it should work with the extender.
