can i upgrade my video card?

i have a dell inspiron 8200 with a geforce 440 go video card,can i upgrade to a better card or is it stuck with that forever?
 
Most (not all) laptop parts aren't really worth upgrading in terms of costs involved - invest the money on a new system instead.
