I wanted to know if I can upgrade my video card in this system. I bought Everquest II recently and am having some major choppiness/lag issues when I'm in denser player areas and during big fights with lots of stuff going on.

First of all, is this possible? Second of all, can anyone recommend what card to get?

Really? Cool, do you know if Dell actually supports this in terms of declaring that it's possible? Just curious

Also, does it make a big difference between the Sapphire or ATI version? Does it matter?

Well, both the video cards are about the same size, so it shouldn't really matter.

As long as it is 256 bit. I was just thinking though, if you have enough money, it might be best to get the geforce 6800 non ultra. The 9800 pro is best for a budget, but the 6800 nu is best for the price/performance ratio.

Just get a 6600GT when it comes to AGP late November. Turn your settings down a bit, and just wait awhile, you'll most likely be glad you did, if this AGP 6600GT is as good as it's supposed to be! (and its supposed to be VERY nice)

I also have a Dell [4550] . Yea the card will fit, but will the power supply handle it is my question??My dell has a 250 watt power supply and i have a shi**y mX420 . I love to have a 6800 Nu . Does anyone have any experience with this upgrade?? Before I waste my money.Even a 9800 Pro would be great!

Tis exactly what I was going to say... I would expect a power supply upgrade.
