Can I upgrade my Palm OS?

I recently got a Tungsten T and love it. However, I was playing with my brother's Zire 21 (I think) and noticed the Graffiti2 in that one seemed much more intuitive than the one that's on the T. Is there anyway to upgrade the T to Palm OS 5.2.1? Or get Graffiti2 on the existing one? Or am I SOL? If this is the wrong forum (ie, should it be in Software?) feel free to move it. Thanks for any advice!
