Can I unplug the Radex fan?

When i had my chaintech board i unplugged mine, its a useless fan if u ask me

In ZNF3 series there is heat pipe cooler in the mosfets (I believe it's mosfets) to cool them and make the board more stable. It has a tiny fan that in the first boards was very noisy (like mine). It's some kind of OTES... RadEx
