Can I 'unactivate' Frontpage 2003 and sell it to someone else?

I made the mistake of buying a copy of MS Frontpage 2003 for some web page editing. I installed it and activated it via the internet. It's not meeting my needs (...cough, cough, ...Dreamweaver MX, cough, cough...) so I want to sell it. Can I somehow 'unactivate' it and make its license available for someone else? How? Thanks.

 
Easy, all you hae to do is call MS whenever you decid e to install it on a new PC. Frontpage will provide you the number when the time comes.
