Can I transfer the guts of a Dell 933 mhz P3 system over to an Antec Sonata?

Just curious. A friend needs to childproof his pc and I'm wanting to suggest swapping the guts of his Dell 933 mhz P3 system over to an Antec Sonata case with the locking door. Do you foresee any problems with the swap? Does the Dell use a standard ATX power supply?

One thing that may be a problem is that his P3 has a shroud over the chip and then has a fan on the back of the case. Can he just go to a standard hs/f and replace the shroud set up?

TIA,

The motherboard might not be ATX or have holes in the right place to screw in.

Thinking about it, the I/O panel won't match up either and good luck finding a I/O panel to fit the Dell board and work in the Antec case. Maybe it's not such a good idea.

Also, the plastic doors on Antec cases are not all that strong. What about putting the case up out of reach somehow, or (as much as I hate to coop up a computer in an enclosed space) putting it in a lockable computer hutch/cupboard?
