Every night they call around 15-20x.

I know it is AOL. I always get different people (usually) and sometimes when I pick up I am on hold with music playing with a recorded voice telling me all the special offers AOL has to offer.

I've asked them to remove me from their list. They still keep calling me. "Thank you for calling AOL today how may I help you". "My name is James". James? I think not.

This happens every night between 2-4 A.M.

What can I do about this?

Keep a journal. Record the date, time, who called (company name/number/address, whatever they give you).

For a landline phone you can sue for $500 a phone call if they have been notified to take you off their list and they still call you after the 4-6 week wait period. I assume there is a similar issue for cell phones. At 20 calls a day, you'll be making $10k a day if you keep good records.

They go "No you called us".

Oddly enough, I've had my cell phone ring and my wife is on the other end saying I called her. This has happened more than a couple times.
