I will be moving soon and it would be convenient if I could get rebates sent to my future address, but all the stuff ordered was at my current/billing address. Is it possible to have rebates sent to a different address from my billing?

Here are the two items i ordered.

Dlink Cable modem from buy.com

Bestbuy comcast signup. $125 giftcard rebate.

thankyou

Actually a number of the weirdos on this forum do have a clue about this.

First -read the rebate forms in case there are any specific requirements along those lines. A lot of forms say that the rebate is good only for the person who purchases the item. They don't usually say anything about the address to which the items were sent since you could be ordering them and having them sent to someone else for any number of reasons. So you fill out the forms with the address to which you want the rebate sent. As long as you're the same person who ordered, there sshouldn't be a problem, but, as I said, be sure to check the actual form for any conditions relevant to that particular rebate.
