Can I see subtitles for recorded TV w/ MCE2005? -- Hearing impaired

I have MCE2005 and went to accessibility for hearing, etc, wizard.
I need subtitles for my recorded media (Law & Order), but I don't see a setting. I have analogue cable from COX.
