Can I save Firefox settings from one installation to the next?

I'm about to reinstall windows, but I have my Firefox just the way I like it with all my themes installed, 15+ extensions, and settings just the way I want them. Is there anyway to transfer all of this to the next installation?

I always just backup the mozilla folder under "C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data" and it grabs the extensions and all.

You can try to use MozBackup. It will let you backup extensions, but I don't think it's fully supported.

MozBackup is great. I don't bother trying to save the extentions because it never works.

Yup, and it also works for Thunderbird.
