Can I Run An AGP and PCI Video Card?

I want to convert some training videos for work that I have on VHS to VCD. But I have to do it on my home machine and I don't want to buy a new video card as mine doesn't have VIVO. Can I buy a cheap PCI card with VIVO and do the conversion? TIA

Only j/k I have used a geforce and voodoo 5500pci together before and had no problems.

Yeah it will work I have a Geforce3 ti200 AGP and a Radeon 32MB PCI in my system. For what you need just get a cheap ATI All in Wonder Rage or something.

I jus took a look at what rigs you have and I am quite jealous that you have the Gladiac 920. I intended to get that card but, then the GeForce 3 came out and I ended up getting the Asus 8200 GeForce 3 Ti 200. Now, I will be upgrading my computer and with the left over bits I will build a beater puter and will need a video card for it. So, the question is, How do you like the card and would you recommend it?

I actually have the card before the 920. I like my card and I am in no hurry to upgrade. When I do I'll be sure to get a VIVO card.

Oldsmoboat - I see. Sounds good anyway. Can I ask what model do you have then and I've also noticed that www.elsa.com is no longer there. Did the company go under?

I have this card.
I never heard of them going under but their site isn't coming up. You might try it again later.

I'll try again for a couple of weeks to see if their website comes back or if I hear any news I'll post it to let you know. I see there are a lot of net stores that still carry their cards. Would you recommend the one you got over the 920?

I would get the 920 since it's a GeForce 3. I am waiting for the Visiontek Ti4600 to come down in price. Maybe when the GeForce 5's come out.
