Can I run a 5770 on an 18A 12v Rail?

Here's an image of the power supply specifications:

I'm also running a core i5 2320 (non overclocked), 6GB of RAM, and a couple of case fans.

I know that the 12V amps don't just "add up", so I'm wondering if it's enough, considering the 5770 is a pretty efficient card.

Your 5770 will probably draw like half of that at most.
