Can I run 4x512mb in Dual Channel

I'm planning on moving to:
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum
Opteron 146/3700+ SD
Sapphire x800gto2

The Ram I have right now.. is one stick Kingston Value ram, and one stick Geil (I think of the value sort)

Two questions:
1) Can I overclock my cpu with these sticks
2) If I buy more ram, is it OK to get one 1gb stick? Or should I get 2x512mb...

As long as you use a divider (it is in the bios) you will have no problem overclocking with value ram. In your bios you set the ram to only run at 166mhz. That is a 5/6 divider.

So if your FSB is set at 200 your memory will run at 166 mhz
If you set your FSB at 220 your memory will run at 183 mhz
If you set your FSB at 240 your memory will run at 200 mhz

Remember 939 boards can run in dual channel so you might want to use the memory you have until you can justify 2 x 1g of ram.
