Question Can i recover data from the hard disk . That is reset with the command line ?

I really need help. One of my friend is reset my hard disk with the command line. And now when I open the computer I get the error that an operating system is required

Supposedly you can use the command line to recover the files, but you would have to be in Windows 10 to do so. Why did your friend Do that to your drive?

Can you show us the Partitions window in DMDE? If only the partitions have been deleted, then they can be restored in a few seconds with a few clicks.
