Can i Overclock this Motherboard?

Ok so a couple years back i bought this cheap PC Chips motherboard and a athlon xp 2500.
this motherboard has no voltage/ overclocking controlls in the bios and uses SIS chipsets. Does anyone know how i can overclock this rig?

No. Pcchips is the cheapest board you can buy. I suggest a newegg nforce2 refurb if you want to try overclocking, or better yet, the abit nf-7.
