Can I Overclock My Card Using ONLY the Counter Strike Source Test?

I want to try overclocking my BFG 6800 OC with rivatuner. I know most of the guides out there recommend using 3dMark to check for problems when overclocking, but I don't have a copy of 3dMark. (I'm downloading one, but it will take a lo-oo-ong time on my pitiful 56k modem). So I was wondering if, for now, I can try overclocking, using the Counter Strike Source Stress Test to look for visual corruptions ... What do you think? Is that enough of a test?
