can I OC ram and proc only?

I seem to run into problems when I OC my FSB with my componets I.E. crashes so my question is, can I juyst OC my proc (not going to risk unlocking multiplier) or ram (pc2700) without OC'ing my components? I have a Epox 8kha+ with 768 pc2700 and 1800+ currently
 
The CPU only...YES. U'll hv to unlock the CPU & up the multiplier.
The CPU & RAM...YES. Epox provides some RAM timing setting which u could use to set the RAM timing more aggresively.
