It would work alright together. However I would remove the generic stuff and run the Mushkin at 2-2-2. 256Mb of Cas-2 is better than 384MB of Cas-3.
 
i have 128MB Mushkin High Perf REV1.5 PC133 222 and 128 MB Mushkin Budget PC133 ram. My bus is 100 mhz. Am i better off running 128 2-2-2 or 256 at 3-3-3 or whatever cas3 is?
