Can i install Norton on both of my computers?

Laptop & Desktop, both owned by myself...

Will i be able to install norton antivirus 2k4 on both of my rigs?

its a myth that anybody sells a single license to use on multiple computers, why would a company do that? they want to sell as many copies as they can

actually the Pro version of norton comes with a license for a desktop and a laptop.

n/m , i missed the "Pro" reference, i think the original post either said or implied this was the retail version , maybe

Doesn't 2004 have some type of activation?

And yes, there are companies that sell stuff licensed for more then one computer. Office used to be licensed this way.

Yes im refering to retail versions.... Sams Club has non-pro 2k4 for $32

I bought the Reatail version of 2K4 and installed it on both my laptop/desktop with no problems on the activation and the live update. I still have another desktop to install it in but haven't yet so far.
