Can i injure myself picking my nose?

Yes, but it's not likely to require medical attention. THe problem with the nose is that it continually produces mucas, so it's really difficult to give it the required 48 hours to properly heal, so you end up constantly re-opening any internal wounds.
 
In your case I believe that picking your nose might result in Brain Damage. In fact it seems that it already has.
