can i hide files against guest account

hi there, i have created a guest account in xpsp2 so that no one can view my personal files......
but this is not the case... even then through the guest account anyone can access the administrator account. which i dont want to...

Is there any possiblity where in without disturbing or hiding my administrator files....... the guest account user cannot access my files..

please clarify😕

thanks in advance

do you mean files in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator ?

if your talking about files in another location, right click the folder, goto properties, security tab and remove the users group.

hey Jonny Blaze
i tried out doing that, but that entire option is disabled. iam not able to select [] make this folder private..
i followed the same steps and my harddrive is in NTFS format.
can you tell me why......

Make the guest account a Limited-class account rather than a Computer Administrator-class account and see if that has the desired effect. I assume that when you say you created a guest account, you mean you created your own, rather than enabling the built-in account named "Guest," is that right?
