Hello. I am looking into getting a Compaq Presario 1700 notebook. I am looking at this over comparable Dell models because it has better flexibility, more options, and cheaper.

i use a compaq armada at work, and damn, those things are heavy. some of my other co-workers got issued the new IBM thinkpads and i was thinking, (*sigh* man, i have got to get me one of those). they are by far the best laptops, hands down. just my .02 cents.
