I was at work this weekend and I had an incident. I was assigned to a pool/hoa building this summer and everything has been fine but I've had a stalker in the form of a 12 year old shithead black girl who simply won't leave me alone. My only job is to make sure that people who don't belong stay off the premises but this little girl has been a terrorist, constantly flagging people down to let her in, throwing sh t in the building like dead animals, stink bombs, ect.

Issue. She came up and literally sat on top of my table, crossed her legs in a seductive fashion and wouldn't leave the area despite my requests. She then started going through my belongings, throwing things at me then threw a bottle of water in my face.

This had been going on for months and once she got physical I reacted. She threw the water on me, grabbed my backpack, took off with some things in it and in my attempt to get them back she fell into the local pool. Now there's some sketch report of me potentially pushing a kid into the pool ...

I know now to call the police on such types, but what should I be concerned about and what advice would you give me on this one. My report reads almost exactly like what I've stated to you, is there anything else I should be doing to protect myself?? (besides the obvious " don't throw little girls into swimming pools " suggestions).

I'm trapped in a specific area this girl keeps trespassing so I'ma pedo? Please. My intent was obvious and so was hers. Note taken though, I'll be sure that doesn't make it into the report.

Clearly she "likes like" you so I would either contact her parents or wait 6 years.

You are the one saying she is sat in front of you "in a seductive fashion" so what did you expect?

Plus the "shithead black girl" does not help your part.

Do you really think a average 12 year old would know she did something like that? :colbert:

More then likely she simply wants some attention so if you find out what her life is like and if it's crappy then play with her a bit when you are being the pool guard or whatever it sounds like you are doing there.
 
call cops. tell them she is trespassing.

call DCS. report her failed parents. she's probably acting out because she gets beaten/neglected/malnourished at home.
