Can I get away w/ not having a fan on the video card?

Its a Radeon 7500? Fan broke, can I just use the partial heatsink (empty circle in the mid where the fan went.)

Stick a spare 80mm near it. I do that with a 7000 I have when I want to play games that are over it's head. It has no fan stock.
