Can I download this video? Where?

OK, I have a 56k, so I can't download the whole 200+ meg episode. But, I'm looking to find a single portion of this one Family Guy Episode...

I believe the episode is #321-Viewer Mail...I just want to download the part where he gets his own theme music and is walking around with it. I laughed to the point of tears the first time I saw it, and I want to show it to my friend, but I can't download that whole episode (I even thought about going for the whole episode and just leaving it on for a few hours, but the jerks on winmx keep disconnecting me even though they have cable or dsl...).

So, is there anywhere where I can already download this part of the episode? If not, is anyone who happens to have this episode willing to just slice out that portion and put it up somewhere? I would be so grateful. Thanks guys!

Last I knew it was illegal to download tv episodes. And it also is against the rules to discuss obtaining illegal materials here, so I really can't tell you who trained Neo in the matrix ;).

Yeah, it's also illegal to tape a show off the TV with your VCR, or a song off the radio. Laws say a lot of things, yet they keep selling VCR's with a "record" button. ;)

Anyway, I've had several threads here regarding TV episode downloads, no one seemed to mind.

Not as much a narc (I have enough in this CD album next to me to prove that) as just explaining why his thread will probably be locked.

Well guessing that since this hasn't been locked the mods don't mind 'bout TV shows . Either way, if I were at school I'd hook ya up, but since I'm at home about the best I can do is send ya a copy of AIM.

If it's illegal, why do I see advertisements on networks sometimes about setting your VCR because "it's the episode you simply cannot miss!" ??

*sigh*

I always wondered why ATOTers had such high post counts, as compared to us in the HD forum. Even if the thread has gotten by in the past, I still think its wrong. Hell, even the religious deals are now banned in the HD forum, but they still keep coming up... and getting locked.

<< Are you sure it is illegal to download Family Guy Episodes? last time I checked www.thefamilyguy.com had them all on their website for download.. and the full episodes are only 30-50 megs or so.. so you should be able to get that on dial-up.

The episode you are referring to can be downloaded here http://www.thefamilyguy.com/downloads/episodes/epi_321.shtml legally.. and its 57.9MB.

Sounds good, except I can't download it. When you click on it, it brings up a new window that says "about to download, click here if it doesn't" etc...I wait and nothing happens. So I click the link, and I get a page cannot be displayed error.

Anyway, as much as I appreciate that, it's really not what I'm looking for. 60 megs still takes forever on a 56k (probably a good 3 hours+), and I just want to download this one little section. Man, I really wish broadband was available in my area.

a) What does this have to do with post counts?
b) What does this have to do with the religious threads (which are locked because they are flame wars?)
c) Why exactly do you think it's wrong? No one's losing money...sheesh. Relax.
