can i double dose on claritin or will it fry my liver or something?

these 10mg claritins are wearing off in10 hours or so. can i take them every 12 hours for an extended period (a week to a few months) or will i screw something up?

yea 24 hours my ass. They do wear off after about 10 hours. I take one before work and by the time I get home, I have to take another one.


But now... I don't even think they work period...

If I can triple dose on 15mg Dexadrine for tests, you double for whatever it is claritin does.

A claratin works for about 6 hours with minimal effectiveness on me. Awful!

How does Allegra work? It's fexophemerol or something instead of antihistamine...

Zyrtec FTW. Lasts for 24 hours or so.

Just take some OTC zinc pills. Boosts the immune system (Mine have 333% DV so I just cut them into 3rds) which kills off the allergy quicker. I've been doing this for a year and have had few if any allergies (normally I get horrible sinus crap). Right now the pollen count in my area is saturated with what I'm allergic to, and I breath perfectly.

Claritin rarely works for me, so I got some 12-hour Allegra-D pills prescribed. Have yet to find anything that can come close to their effectiveness.
