can i delete win386.swp file?

after running norton optimization wizard and speed disk, i notice a 100mb+ c:\win386.swp file. I don't think it was there before i ran any of the norton applications, so is it safe to delete that file?
 
Don't worry, it won't LET you delete it...lol If you turn virtual memory off, you may be able to delete it 🙂 After reboot of course...
