Can i delete internet Explorer 6 ?

Can i delete internet Explorer 6 ? then install internet Explorer 5.5

my operating system is Windows2000

just install 5.5 over it. I did it on my notebook to kill 6.0

When I installed IE 6 I removed it from my system using the ''Add/remove programs '' utility in windows control panel. Amazingly, Microsoft will allow you to do this.

You just go to Add/Remove Programs and revert back to your previous version of IE.
