Can I create my own custom keyboard shortcuts?

I work with MS Acess all the time, and one of the things I have to do is open tables in DataSheet view to look at something and then close the little child window that it shows in. I would love to be able to choose a key that I NEVER use, like the WindowsLogo key, and tell it to kill the currently active window, which ought to do that. I thought there was some way to do that through Control Panel

CTRL-F4 seems to be what I want but it's very awkward to get to and wouldn't be so helpful in that case. Can I reset that functionality to a single key?
