Question Can I connect computers between two routers?

Sorry in advance, I'm not a big networking guy. The best way to illustrate what I'm asking is to show it in this diagram:

I need to be able to establish file sharing on Windows from "Laptop" to "PC-1" and "PC-2". Laptop is running Windows 10 Pro, and both PCs have Windows 7 Pro.

Things I cannot do:

  • Rewire this setup.

Things I can do:

  • Change admin configuration on any router.

Any suggestions how to do this?

Thank you guys, I need to try it. I've never done that stuff.

When you say that I need to set up WiFi router to be a switch with an access point -- do I need to set it up in the WiFi router's configuration page, or in the Comcast router?

All the WIFI setting are done in the second Router that is acting as an Access Point.

.
Yep, the point is that right now you have 2 logical networks because the second router is segmenting your physical network into 2 logical ones. By taking that router and turning it into just an AP, you 'flatten' your network by making the 2 logical networks 1 logical network to match your 1 physical network.
