Can I combine Pentium II 350, a MB 100-133 FSB and PC133 RAM?

I am trying to put together another PC that would be based on a MSI Bxmaster with a BX chipset that is a 100+FSB and a Pentium II 350 from a previous unit and 256MB RAM PC133. Could it work? What would be the best set up? Thanks for your contribution. Keep the flame alive!
