Can I change drive letters in 2000?

I just added a partition to my hard disk. Win98 puts it at H: 2000 puts it at drive J:. I would like it to be consistant for the 2 OS's.
I haven't put anything on the drive yet so shortcuts won't be affected.

Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management.
