Can I cancel a newegg order by rejecting delivery?

Look at their TOS/SLA. I know some book clubs where you get automatic purchases will let you refuse it, but only if its unopened.
 
forget it. the expresso machine was bought for me form woot for $85 🙂, and as for newegg i got a rly good deal think i'm gona resell and turn a profit
 
They told me to do that with one of my orders... and it didn't cost me the restocking fee. Of course it could have been because I used to online chat to set it up and they put a notice on my account not too. I don't really know since she never said they wouldn't charge me one.
