I bought the MSI 6800GT doom3 bundle way back in August when it first showed up on site. I finally received the card around the 20th of September and it did not include Doom3.
Going to MSI's site doom3 is not bundled, nor is the MSI card in the doom3 promo that other manufacturers were in. This would mean that Doom3 would have had to ship in it's own seperate box. I am not the only one who did not receive doom3, there are two other people on this board that did not receive it either. Buy.com STILL has the bundle on site when it's obvious that the game isn't included - it would have to be a completely seperate box.
I submitted a claim to buy.com on Sept 21 and it says 15 business days to respond. That deadline passed last Tuesday, I called them and asked for a $50 credit or the game and got some person in India who had no clue what to do but told me that they would resubmit the claim and I would receive a response in 5 days, that would have been today.
I am going to call tomorrow but I know nothing will come of it, I am now wondering what are my options? I do not want to return the card, and buy.com is not being cooperative. Can I call my CC company to refute the charge? Can I just refute $50 (the value of doom3 on buy.com's site)? Or can I have them refuse the entire charge? I have MBNA Platinum Plus Mastercard that I used to purchase. Anyone have any tips or know what to do in this situation?

2. Buy.com has ignored my complaint request and the deadline has long passed for a response from them
3. Want to know what I can do. Call CC and refute charge? Refute $50?
