Can I buy powerful laptop with $150 ?

Hi
I find many laptop in ebay about $150 with window 10
and they are with 8 gb ram and core i5 and some with i7 with windows 10
For example below list

Dell Latitude E5440 Laptop Core i5-4200U 8gb ram
Dell Latitude E7450 Laptop 8gb ram
HP ProBook 450 G3 15.6 Core i5 8gb ram

they are used or refurbished grade A and B

I want lightweight laptop for traveling and some time for small video editing or Photoshop with minimum 14 inch screen

its seems 8 gb ram and core i5 is enough for this and I find many in ebay

BUT I don't know which Model is good to buy that are lightweight and easy hardware upgradable

so if possible can you please tell me with laptop are lightweight and powerful and easy upgradable with about $150 ? even used or refurbished , some old date model still powerful and fast so if possible tell me model name

( I don't want chrome book )

so if possible guide me

Off-lease business-class laptops, showing up at refurbishers, and for sale on ebay and elsewhere, are going to be older, higher-performance, but bulkier and heavier than newer lightweight but slower newer laptops.

Certainly, none older laptops that are high-performance, lighter, and cheap. You'll have to compromise on one of your categories, I'm afraid.

can you recommended me durable fast laptop model for some editing software like adobe ? minimum 14 inch with full HD ips ?
and easy to upgrade for Ram or use NVMe
if there is good old date laptop with this price range please tell me
