Can I burn a Mac disk using Windows OS

Just curious if there is some software or something that I can use to burn a Mac disk with my PC. I just need to put images on the CD and then they need to be read by a Macintosh user and printed etc.

images should work. As long as you don't burn cd's with mac-executables. Any program that can write iso9660 should do the trick.
