can i 'Bind' an app to particular ip?

hi

when i have two dial-up's running parallel on the same machine, can i sorta limit or bind certain apps( say,p2p/downloads) to one ip/cnxn and do all the browsin thro the other ip/cnxn ?

anything like this possible?
