can i automatically transfer files upon login?

is there a way i can set my ftp server to automatically transfer files upon login? i'm using g6ftp but would use a different one for this task if need-be.

basically i dont like some of the programs they use in the labs at my school, and would like to automatically get (for example): a different ftp client, winzip (some labs don't have it... wtf is that?)

any ideas on how to make a login script or something?

You could create a batch file, and put it in the startup folder.
To make a batch, just load up notepad, do everything with DOS commands, and then rename it to a .bat file (i think, i've only made a single bat file so don't get pissed if i'm wrong)

EDIT: OH!!! I missed that bit about it being an FTP server, I thought you just meant a Windows NT logon. I have no idea then, sorry
